1. **Check DNS records** — Verify SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are properly configured
2. **Identify the mailer** — SendLayer, SMTP.com, Brevo, Amazon SES, etc.
3. **Trace the failure** — Where in the chain does delivery fail?
4. **Check common issues:**
   - SPF: Too many DNS lookups (max 10), missing include for mailer
   - DKIM: Key rotation needed, selector mismatch
   - DMARC: Policy too strict before SPF/DKIM alignment
   - Blacklists: Check if sending IP is listed
5. **Provide the fix** — Exact DNS records to add/modify
